Contrató un servidor VPS y el servicio técnico siempre nos ha ayudado y resuelto las dudas. El único inconveniente es que no tienen servicio el sábado y domingo. En general, muy contentos.

He estado con OVH durante 6 o 7 años, el servicio de los servidores es insuperable. Sin embargo, la atención al cliente en España es la peor con la que he lidiado en 20 años de alojamiento. Todo el personal de soporte necesita reeducación o despido, porque no tienen idea de cómo tratar con los clientes. Si realmente necesita ayuda, manténgase alejado de OVH en España. Es una pena porque los servidores son geniales.
